Since I was a mere boy in back in 2009, I have been working for BWC, a stockist and distributor of bespoke aluminium and plastic profiles. Starting as a Sales Administrator all those years ago I have worked and trained through various roles including IT manager, Development Manager and finally Operations Director. In February 2021 we took part in a management buyout, alongside Mark Barker (FD) to take joint ownership for BWC PROFILES from its founder Guy Barker. It was at this point that I took on the role on Managing Director and my head hasn't stopped spinning since.We've been on a huge journey since making the decision to consolidate our smaller manufacturing businesses into one large facility in Milton Keynes over the last five years.
