Developed an Instant Messenger app that reached 6.5 million downloads and a 4.4 rating on the Play Store.- customer satisfaction was high on my list of priorities (e.g. by spending time each day solving the crashes of the past 24h, which resulted in a crash ratio of <0.1%)- active user feedback, spending an hour each day responding to every bit of feedback given by mail, and tracking the Play Store feedback. I updated my list of requirements if the feedback given required this.- released new versions multiple times per week, making sure to inform those who gave feedback that impacted this release of the fact action was taken based on their feedback.
