I have been privileged to work alongside many great inspiring people in my safeguarding and compliance journey over the past 15 years. I started a new adventure 2 year ago in the sports sector leading on Compliance and Safeguarding, I have realised that my skills really are based around working with people, enabling them to be the best version of themselves to enable the sport to grow alongside them as professionals. I have done all the other more conventional stuff such as policy writing, working with key stake holders, enhancing culture, and all the other stuff you would expect a leader to do but my real purpose is working with others and it’s the main reason I go to work and strive to be the best leader I can be 👊🏽
