Work Roles:• Assist in site investigations in Schematic Design Stage;• Assist in preparation of schematic design drawings in Revit for new proposals such as site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, 3-D artist impression;• Assist in the assessment of the implications of relevant regulations, thereby checking the design against statutory requirements, such as titles, zoning, legal restrictions and other requirements of the site;• Assist in development and expansion of schematic design documents for statutory submissions and detailed design approval;• Architectural documentation consisting of the preparation of construction drawings in Revit based on approved design development documents, setting forth in details for the architectural construction requirements of the project during contract documentation stage;• Assist in calling of tenders for projects on behalf of the client/s;• Regularly coordinate with other design consultants (such as civil, structural and MEP, etc.) and building/MEP contractors involved in projects via Navisworks, BIM360 and MS teams;• Preparation of specifications and comprising detailed written descriptions of the content of the project materials, workmanship and schedules, which are complementary to the construction drawings and details;• Assist in contract administration of the projects;• Assist in arranging all necessary inspections from consultants if required.
