Role Purpose:• To fully maximize sales with responsibility for managing and developing the correct retail format through effective, shop fits/store design• To coordinate with Regional Architecture Department, key contractors and landlords in managing shop refit/ new shop opening projects to ensure smooth operation and achieve company objectives in time and in lowest possible costs. • To build the brand image of ESPRIT by presenting the fashion in a creative and professional manner in accordance to the Global and Regional Architecture directions. • To fully maximize sales with responsibility for managing and developing the correct retail format through effective shop fits and store design that will improve operational standards.• To create a unique shopping experience in-store that would clearly communicate to our customers of the different fashion worlds ESPRIT can provide in our different divisions.• To uphold and build an excellent internal and external customer services atmosphere through the “Live ESPRIT” philosophy. Key Responsibilities:1. Project management• To prepare CAPEX estimation for new store and existing stores refurbishment and work closely with Finance and Operation Team to ensure IRR Performa are met.• To plan and organize stores’ renovation in consultation with Global/Regional Project and Retail Team support.• Ensure the fitting-out work are done in accordance with the specified designed initialed and approved by Regional Head of Architecture.• To obtain and review quotation (i.e to carry out full tendering process) from contractors ensuring that the cost of renovations meet the pre-set capital expenditure budget.• Co-ordination with landlords and contractors ensuring fitting out guidelines are complied and safety measures were being taken during the course of work • To ensure smooth and timely handover of new or upgraded stores after completion of renovation.

Objective of position:1. To manage the Team and related members of the other departments to ensure successful completion of projects and its profitability as well as successfully securing projects.2. To ensure that the minimum set project quotas are achieved.3. To train and motivate the team members.4. Ensure the timely collection of all dues to the company so that the company will have a healthy cash flow.Responsibilities:1. Train and motivate team members.2. Groom staff for advancement.3.
