As part of my PGCE at The University of Greenwich I completed the following academic modules: The Child, School and Community; Children's learning through talk and Creativity in Primary Education.In addition to the above I completed placements at the following schools: Middle Park Primary School (Year 4)Willow Dene (Special school)Greenacres Primary School (Year 5)

• Assisting staff in the planning of lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum• Planning of the differentiation of materials and resources in order to make lessons more effective and accessible • Delivering lessons in the absence of qualified teaching staff and teaching alongside when present• Implementation of a behaviour management system• Supporting students either in a group situation or one-to-one• Organising and maintaining folders, learning materials and resources• Producing accurate and up to date reports on pupil behaviour and attainment• Liaising with external agencies to arrange appointments regarding pupils as and when necessary• Delivering educational programmes and assessing their impact on pupil development• The inputting and analysing of data in relation to pupil behaviour across all subjects • Dealing directly with parents to review and discuss the behaviour and needs of students• The running of activity sessions for pupils that have exhibited consistent good behaviour as part of a reward scheme• Assisting in the identifying and implementation of Individualised Education Programmes for students
