Responsible for the coordination, implementation and ongoing accuracy of product campaigns for the business to consumer (B2C) department, including the successful launch and ongoing content management for all B2C sales channels and coordination of marketing campaigns; as well as managing organic content across social media channels for High Street TV’s key strategic brands.• Developing effective, accurate content for the main HSTV site, working closely with the Ecommerce team, monitoring current media plans, creating and maintaining telemarketing scripts, working with external PR and social media agencies; providing required content and assets.• Coordinating and implementing all new product campaigns within B2C, including liaising with the relevant internal departments to implement the Product Launch matrix and ensure all teams are ready for launch.• Maintaining all existing campaigns through all B2C sales channels (web, contact centre, print ads/offers). LS Productions: UK-wide production service company for photo and film campaigns, producing commercials, editorials, music videos, fashion shoots and online content.• Acted as a ‘location detective’ tracking down and securing the UK’s best, most unique and spectacular locales for some of the world’s leading brands. • Promoting Britain's unique geographical and cultural landscape to domestic and international clients, enhancing the UK's economic advantage on the global stage.• Maintained LS’ world-class 7,000 location strong database, by researching suitable new locations within a given brief, collating all necessary location images, site plans and information, eventually putting together potential location options to present to clients.• Arranged recces, negotiated fees, and carried out all necessary location pre-production where required; ensuring that all enquiries were dealt with in the most efficient way.• Contacted Location Owners, Scouts and Location Managers for both live jobs and general enquiries, providing on-set support where needed.• Revised contact details and removed locations that were no longer available for filming purposes.• Worked with the Location Manager to organise content for location-related marketing material, also monitoring the location section of LS’ website, ensuring locations were updated and current, based on trends in briefs and the acquisition of new locations.• Keeping the LS team up to date with relevant location-based news in the industry.
