Establish and manage inventory levels for every aspect of the business. - Analyze every aspect of production, such as forecast demand, production costs, lead time, working hours, capacity, inventory levels and most importantly, staffing levels. Develop and implement production S.O.P’s based on extensive and on-going analysis to maximize the efficiency of the operation. * Guided company through Covid-19 pandemic; implementing prudent and effective cost cutting measures, while maintaining continued excellence in employee retention. Fundamental acknowledgement of customer needs.- Determine what the true measure of satisfaction is for each customer. Provide guidance to every department on how to take care of the customer needs.Track and measure staff performance – motivate the team.- Set objectives for every team member. Establish specific measurements to provide a clear base for employee recognition and staff development.- Measure and track individual personnel and departmental performance.
