Danny Yang Co-founder and COOGUGUDanny is a serial entrepreneur, with full dimension skills especially in growth Hacking / growth Marketing.Danny started his first startup “EFY you want” in 2010 when he was a junior in the university. With Danny’s efforts, EFY alleviated the issue of the unbalance between production and inventory. EFY was listed as Taiwan top 10 online shop in clothing and sold in 2012.In 2015, Danny established TOMOTO, a "KOL's App Supply" platform with popular online influencers, and achieved top 5 in Google Play and App Store rankings. Later, a KOL matching platform “Matchnow.co” was established in 2018. Matchnow matched more than 10,000 deals in its first half year and was one of the biggest "KOL Monetization" platforms in Taiwan.In 2019, Danny joined VoiceTube and established “Vclass” which became the most popular "KOLs online language learning school" platform in Taiwan.In 2020, as a co-founder, Danny founded GUGU Fintech providing a user-friendly and convenient stock trading platform for general investors. The platform allows fractional shares trading with a very low entry barrier as one US dollar. Danny hopes to introduce the belief of "having world-class companies earn money for me" to people in the Asia-Pacific region. The goal of GUGU is to become a one-stop shopping financial services platform which provides user-friendly and convenient financial investment and wealth management services to everyone.Danny是具備一位全方位技能，特別是專精於用戶成長的連續創業家 2010 年，還是大三學生的Danny創立 EFY you want，經過近三年的努力， EFY改善了服飾品牌在庫存與生產能量上不平衡的情況，成為台灣前 10 名的創新式網路服飾電商，並於 2012年成功將公司售出。於 2015年至2020年之間， Danny陸續建立TOMOTO, Matchnow 以及VoiceTube 旗下品牌 Vclass，各項品牌在台灣創下多項，下載與銷售紀錄。TOMOTO及Matchnow為網紅經濟的代表作，特別是Matchnow成功地打造網紅變現平台，於推出半年內即創造1萬件交易量；之後的Vclass則為最受歡迎之一的網紅線上語言教學網站。有鑑於台灣人投資國際股票的不便利，Danny以共同創辦人的身分，於2020年成立股股金融科技股份有限公司(GUGU Fintech)，秉持著「一美元」也能開始投資美股的信念，針對一般投資人，特別是投資美股新鮮人，推出友善、便利的美股投資交易平台「GUGU」，提供低門檻「零碎股」交易服務，，期待將「讓世界一流的企業為自己為打工」的理念推廣到亞太地區各國，並以成為全球投資人之一站式金融交易服務平台為目標，提供全球人士更便利、更友善的金融投資理財服務。
