My specialization program included impactful assignments at Harlem Hospital, La Palestra Center for Preventive Medicine, St. Luke's Hospital Obesity Research Center, and the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. These experiences equipped me with a robust understanding of preventive medicine, rehabilitation, and patient education.Before venturing into nutrition and fitness, I earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, providing me with a solid foundation in management and organizational skills. Professionally, I've significantly contributed to health promotion at Assuta Medical Center, leading exercise physiology programs for various departments.
