Worked a series of technical jobs at Verizon and Citibank. Tasks included project management, documentation, training, building and maintaining an intranet, strategic planning and y2k. Specific projects included documentation and training development for new products, reverse engineering and documenting existing products, strategic planning and product oversight, contract negotiations and upper management reporting.

Worked in the operations group doing workflow automation and third tier support.

Managed and evaluated a project funded by the phone company to look at the impact of online communications in the NYC Public School system. Technologies included online access to email and BBS, two way video and voicemail.

Provided first and second tier support, training and documentation at the Graduate School's computer center. Taught everything from DOS to SAS. Was the lead on bringing personal computers and networking into the center.
