I am an organizational leader with six years of experience working within corporations and churches across America and even in Shanghai, China. I have worked within a sales environment for At&t Mobility and also within Guest Relations and Tours for The Walt Disney Company. I have also joined the staff at three churches in culturally diverse contexts where I led and directed organizational patterns for volunteers, communications, and mentoring.The most recent example of this was my time spent in Shanghai working for Abundant Grace International Fellowship. At AGIF, I oversaw communications for an ever changing and fast paced organization. In this capacity I focused my time in creating structures, systems, and primarily simplifying the brand to have a greater level of consistency and clarity.I truly thrive in a team environment. My greatest thrill is watching a group of individuals come together with a common mission and begin to utilize their unique talents to accomplish the task laid before them. In this space I see potential, but for this potential to be realized I believe it is important for sound structure to be in place to serve as the guide.It was my honor to receive my B.S. in Religious Studies and my M.A. in Christian Ministry both from Liberty University.My wife and I are currently in the process of repatriating back to the United States and would love to hear of any potential opportunities.
