I am a former five years experienced senior customer service in a call center assisting customer queries in their bills and general product inquiries. I also assist customer to process collection of payments, telemarketing sales and technical support assistance. I also work as customer service in telecom company in prepaid and postpaid sim card activation programming and I'm an executive officer in a business center.My first job was successful as a pioneer trainer supervisor of Jollibee where I motivate and trained staff to have an excellent and positive behavior gaining a healthy work environment. I started as SODA and cross trained to all station in doing burgers, cooking, pastry, grilling, warehousing, cashiering, waitering, and order taking before I've been promoted as a supervisor trainer of Jollibee.Some of my job experienced was HR assistant in manpower agency few years ago. I also have an advance knowledge in marketing as I work as marketing officer in advertisement. I've been a part time display merchandiser too in retail and I did experienced in supply chain management that includes data encoding of inventories and MS excel data programming.Currently Im here in Singapore as a foreign worker with ten years in total. My first job here is a management trainee in fine dining restaurant where I learned and trained Singapore F and B day to day operation. After my Contract end in my F and B training, I was hired as housekeeper in a hospital where I learned sanitation and cleaning service that includes beddings and linen organization. A year after, I continue to work as Health Care Assistant assisting and provide support for nurses in taking good care patient and maintain the safety of the ward daily. Last 2021, our position was changed into a health care attendant where the jobs scope is multi tasking where it includes hospitality, time management and quality assurance and patient care management. My innovation in hospital gained a lot of awards and given high respect in terms of combining food service in hospital operation management. It was a brilliant idea to adopted especially running the whole thing with artificial intelligence in translations and robotic technologies in transport assisted daily operations. I believe my self confident based on my experience and its enough to prove my track in profitability in any job discipline plus the hard work, resilience quality, and good moral behaviour that serve as the best example, rewarded and a great foundation of my personality as an employee.
