Worked to repurpose an oil and gas carbon capture technology for brewery operations, allowing breweries to capture and liquify CO2 emissions from fermenters and reuse CO2 in knock-out and bottling processes, reducing CO2 purchase spend and carbon emissions while improving beer flavor. Ultimately negotiated a distribution agreement for the western US and central america. Negotiated the sale of CLS to Earthly Labs in an all-stock transaction. Earthly Labs was acquired in 2022 for $62M by Chart Industries.
