• Led development of the 200 agent centralized patient access contact center for the University of Miami Health System. "UHealthConnect" handles 2 million calls annually, providing scheduling, registration, and operator.

• Revenue Cycle: Managed front end revenue cycle functions, overseeing patient pre-registration and insurance verification, with a team of 80 insurance verifiers responsible for clearing outpatient visits and diagnostics.
• Business Analytics: Developed an analytics team to support resource planning and performance monitoring for the outpatient practice. Produced over 80 monthly client facing reports to monitor the system health across.

• Led scheduling centralization for the 1,000 physician, 60 clinic medical practice, implementing a patient-centric access to care model and introducing lean six sigma concepts to improve access while increasing provider.
• Led development of the patient access center, growing from a 70 agent call center in 2010 to a 200 agent contact center in 2017 which handles 2 million interactions annually across inbound, outbound, and online channels.
• Developed a clinical capacity management team responsible for capacity and utilization analysis and clinical portfolio planning. Since 2012, patient volumes have increased 32% with minimal increase in clinical headcount.

• Supported implementation of the Epic EMR scheduling and registration application across all outpatient clinics, supporting rollout for 1,000 physicians and over 5,000 clinical and administrative users.
• Managed the design of the master department database and the implementation of over 3,000 provider schedules across 60 sites of service. Supported the transfer of appointments and patient accounts from the legacy system.
• Led workflow analysis and design, system build, end-user training, and operational integration for outpatient appointment scheduling and registration modules.
