CurrentI drive the Mobile App teams of 53 engineers, 3 project managers and 2 product managers in the development of the native Android and iOS mobile apps for all Green Dot brands, which includes Green Dot (brand itself), GoBank, Walmart MoneyCard, Turbo Prepaid Card, RushCard, and the new GO2bank. Scope of responsibilities includes working with User Experience Design, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Care in the development and enhancement of banking features from ideation to delivery, and being the subject matter expert of the mobile industry. Features includes various electronic funds transfer mechanisms such as mobile check deposit, peer-to-peer (P2P) money transfer, instant funds via debit cards, ACH transfer, bill pay, and paper check, notifications, security in login, login recovery and ID verification. Created new mobile banking apps platform utilizing the Banking as a Service platform that resulted in the launch of GO2bank, Amazon Flex and the foundation of future apps.Teamed with User Experience Design and Marketing to design new UI using Lean UX process.Increased 226% YoY use of Mobile Check Deposits with introduction and enhancements into GoBank, Green Dot, Turbo Prepaid Card and Walmart MoneyCard mobile applications.Grew mobile app usage 250% with introduction of Mobile Check Deposit, Person-to-Person and Bill Pay payments, improving user experience, and resolving server issues.Improved app store reviews and customer satisfaction by 10% through soliciting user feedback from a positive experiences and helping users immediately with complaints posted on social media and app stores. Collaborated with Customer Care and Marketing in defining and developing a team and process to respond to app store reviews.Train the Trainer of Trainers on new mobile banking features with troubleshooting skills to potential call drivers.
