In my hybrid role of Technical analyst and trainer I worked with our employees in person to Troubleshoot various problems related to applications, mobility and workstations. Additionally, I was responsible for making sure that employees adhere to our strict IT security policies and answer related security and work productivity questions. My role therefore allowed me to have a view at large of the IT infrastructure and operations and to work closely with all parties such as Internal and external consultants, project managers, developers, security and network teams to troubleshoot various problems and answer / resolve in person all questions that users may have as well as advise them in various needs.
