With over a decade of experience, weprioritize personalized care, ensuring children aged 2 to 12 receive the timely andeffective support they need.Position Overview:Join our team as a Behavior Technician and be part of a compassionate community.Your role may evolve, but your primary focus will be to implement Behavior AnalysisSupport Plans (BASP) precisely as instructed.Your Day at Brightside:• Implement BASPs and collect data during sessions.• Monitor client progress and provide recommendations for programadjustments.• Develop materials for clients and attend scheduled training/supervisionmeetings.• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.• Work collaboratively with team members to support clients’ growth.What You Need to Succeed:Requirements for RBT Position:• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.• RBT Certification: Must have completed a 40-hour RBT training courseand hold current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board(BACB).• Experience: Previous experience working with children, particularly thosewith Autism or other developmental conditions, is preferred.• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and ability to follow behaviorplans.• Availability: Flexible schedule, including potential evenings or weekends,based on client needs.• Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or centerlocations.• Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.What We Offer:• Generous Paid Time Off, including holidays and your birthday.• Efficient administrative support and a commitment to ethics andtransparency.Ready to Make a Difference?If you’re passionate about helping neuro-diverse individuals thrive, we want to hear fromyou!Job Type: Part-timeWork Location: In person
