Current• Responsible for developing permit-ready sets of documents for single-family renovation projects, custom home builds, etc.• Function as a liaison to clients, vendors, engineers, surveyors and government municipalities as needed to adequately meet desired expectations to expedite the permitting process.• Meet and communicate with varying clients regularly to ensure desired vision for project is executed in a timely and accurate fashion.• Work hand-in-hand with various home builders and Architects/Engineers throughout Florida for a seamless transition from concepts to construction documents.• Responsible for organizing, managing and distributing current projects and jobs properly to efficiently meet deadlines.
