- Daily management of social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Untappd, and LinkedIn). Took over the accounts 3 months after opening, growing the following to ~10k on Instagram and ~13k on Facebook. Customer service being a priority, keeping the average response time for messages under 3 hours on average- Daily management of the Sonder Brewing website, working across multiple departments to keep information correct and fresh while optimizing the website for easiest use for the customer and improving SEO to be easily findable- I provide marketing strategy and analytical support to our executive leadership team through IRI data. Analyzing brand, style, region, etc trends to aid the decision making of the managing owners and directors, while providing recommendations based on the research. I also provide insights across data platforms, social media, review sites, and external research sources to aid in decision making for leadership- I guide the verbiage used by Sonder employees across departments by providing beer sheets to staff and distributors to ensure that everyone is speaking the same language about the beers and being provided all relevant information. I do this by working closely with production, sales, and taproom staff to compile information to be easily digested and heavily used to improve job functions- I directed the interviewing and hiring process for the Brand Manager, and manage them on a daily basis. I have also aided in the hiring process for other jobs across the company- I manage all review sites such as Google, Yelp, and Untappd. Responding to every comment and review to not only provide customer service but to also compile feedback for departments to better improve the service, products, and aid in future decisions- I take and edit all photos and videos using Nikon cameras, Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Rush- I produce, host, and edit the Sonder Stories podcast using Rodecaster Pro, Studio One, and Adobe Premiere Pro
