The YouTube TV app is a new standalone app that runs on multiple devices, including Android, iOS, Web, and Chromecast. As the Lead Technical Product Manager for YouTube TV, I was responsible for bringing this premium over-the-top subscription TV product from concept to full launch, as well as managing its growth efforts. This involved leading a team of product managers and engineers, managing team OKRs, and overseeing the product's budget and headcount across the organization.One of the most entrepreneurial aspects of this role was designing and building the Master Data Management system to provide a single source of truth to all development and product launches.
