Work Desc :- LTE eNodeB Integration- LTE eNodeB S/W upgrade L11&L12- Parameter Change on LTE based on CR- 3G RBS Antenna CO to support LTE Integration- 3G - LTE Trouble Shooting- RNC / NodeB (3G) S/W Upgrade W10&W11

• Operation & Maintenance RNC and Node-B• Investigate & Troubleshoot for Node-B Rehoming, low RRC, PS, HS, Speech, IRAT, SHO success sites• Creation of sites and neighbors (both UTRAN and GSM)• Configuration of interface (IU-Cs, IU-PS, IU-R, IU-B, MUB, MUR) External Interface• Troubleshooting and configuration activities on the RNC, RXI, Node-B• Support KPI / RNC Team for Performance Network• Trace call from RNC Side for RRC, RANAP, NBAP and others • Troubleshooting & Emergency Support UTRAN Nodes (RNC 3810, 3820, Node-B 3000 family and Node-B 6000 family)• Daily maintenance using OSS-RC R.10 applications (OSS Explorer, WCDMA Network Explorer, SMO, RAN Measurements (UETR/CTR/GPEH), Alarm Viewer and ARNE Export/Import)

RNC/UTRAN Consultant at PT. Ericsson Indonesia since Februari 2007 until present. I have experiences in RNC as below:- Testing and Commissioning RNC 3810 and RNC 3820 to MGw, MSC, SGSN, RXI, and Node-B- Troubleshooting alarms and problems in RNC, RXI, and Node-B- Generating mo/XML scripts for NodeB upgrade /Rehoming.- Software Upgrades in Node-B And RNC using Software Management Organizer (SMO).- Operation and maintenance, remoduling, rehoming, cut-overs and troubleshooting.- Preparing mo/XML scripts for transport network configuration, Iub and radio configuration.- Implement Iu-PS over IP, Iu-B over IP, and Iu-R over IP- Rehoming Node-B to different RNC using XML script and CCR tools.- Rehoming RNC to others Core Network (MGW, MSC, and SGSN)- Implement QoS and THP- Implement RNC to MSC in Pool, MSC Pool Proxy- RAN (RNC, RXI, Node-B) Software Upgrade.
