Responsible for building and maintaining partner and reseller networks, marketing and direct sales along with responsibility for launching new products. • Develop and maintain direct sales and channel network capability in EMEA, US, Eastern Europe, and other opportunistic areas to meet aggressive sales growth over the next 3 years. • Focus on development of vertical market solutions with traditional Telco’s and major hotel chains as well as new vertical markets such as hospital chains, military bases, and corporate campus environments. • Create a pipeline of new business using an aggressive sales approach that controls the cost of sales and utilizes CRM system for sales management. • Locate sales office location based in Vienna. • Lead efforts to develop long term strategic efforts and implement short term sales and business development.• Determine best solutions for complex problems and utilize resources across work areas and departments to create solutions.• Shares vision and demonstrates company values.• Build relationships with key decision makers and align the company’s longer term efforts to theirs.
