S.W.E.T.'s mission is to help improve strength, wellness, energy, and muscle tone for beginners, gurus, the young, and the young at heart with our state of the art facility, expert teachers, and variety of classes and class times. Expect to find hot yoga classes with infrared heat, gently heated yoga classes, hot BUTI, HIGH fitness, TRX, and S.W.E.T. FITNESS. S.W.E.T. offers over 75 classes per week and starting times that alternate between our two studios. Our goal is to offer you classes to help you build STRENGTH, find WELLNESS, improve ENERGY, and TONE mind, body, and spirit!

At My Hot Yoga, classes are designed for anyone at any level regardless of age, body type, or ability. Heat warms the muscles therefore making you more flexible. It helps prevent injuries, increases circulation to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal, and cleanses the body by flushing toxins.Our studio was designed to create a welcoming vibrant atmosphere that sets the tone for your practice. Our Hot Yoga room was specifically designed by a team of engineers to ensure optimum heat at minimum discomfort. The precise heat combined with the right humidity is key for a successful hot yoga room. Our room is equipped with fans, fresh air flow, and lighting which are all conducive to an optimum practice. Our full retail shop will satisfy your yoga needs from clothing, mats, towels, and accessories.

The Client Service Center is part of American National's Service Center Operations (SCO). We provide customer service to our clients on their property and casualty policies, life policies, and annuities. Our team members are responsible for answering all the incoming calls to both our Albany and Springfield offices. In my role as Client Service Center Manager, I am responsible for our SCO training and quality assurance teams. We like to call ourselves success engineers because we help our team members become the very best they can be through effective training and by providing timely coaching. My team teaches new team members everything they need to know about insurance so they can provide the best service to our clients. In addition to training, we listen to and evaluate calls and provide coaching to our team members.
