Motivation and inspiration are the tie that binds all artists and professionals. The more dissimilar the answers to the questions "what do you do?" and "what inspires you", the more cognitive dissonance in your waking hours and throughout your days. My interests in the mind and organization(s) started early with my studies. And although it took a circuitous route, none-the-less I've managed to align my answers to those questions. Along the way, I've developed business acumen in all functional areas serving as Operations, Financial, and HR Officer.
