Chief Stewardess at this high end hunting lodge / corporate retreat in Missouri, USA. This position requires me to prepare for and serve all meal services for both private family events and corporate events. Liaising with the culinary team to ensure all food service is to a high standard and delivered and executed smoothly. I also assist with bartending, and act as a backup bartender should the primary bartender need assistance. My role requires me to manage all ordering, stock taking and training, as well as assisting closely with the event coordinators to ensure each event runs to a high standard. This role requires me to be the face of the facility to HNW and UHNW clients and estate owners, who visit with their teams and executives for corporate meetings, events, hunting, fishing and team building exercises from all over the USA.

The Bahamas

My position on this luxury celebrity private island in the Bahamas is primarily Lead Server. I was responsible for the smooth running of all meal services. A high level of service is executed here, with high net worth and high profile guests. It was my responsibility to ensure that the guests received everything they needed, leading and managing all meal services to a high and specific standard, liaising with the island manager, chefs, housekeeping team and my own service team. Other responsibilities include bar duties, deep cleaning and detailing of all areas, organizing, and leading the service team in day to day duties.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Originally hired for an yacht sales admin position, I took on a more rounded role providing personal assistant duties for the CEO and management. Calendar management, organization of overseas business trips and meetings, and daily administrative tasks, as well as admin assistance between yacht brokers and the accounting department for sales. Representing the company at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, working with brokers, partner companies and meeting with potential clients.

Fort Lauderdale

My main role within this yacht management company was to provide crew compliance support for the crew of the 17 private super yachts we managed. My duties included drafting crew contracts, liaising with insurance providers, ensuring all crew certifications are up-to-date and compliant with maritime law, and providing general support for captains and crew within the managed fleet. I worked closely alongside the yacht compliance and technical teams, ensuring the fleet operated seamlessly. My role also required me to travel to some vessels around the USA and in Europe, assisting with crew compliance first hand with crew members and Captains onboard. I was also the office manager for this branch, overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring operations ran smoothly. Office manager responsibilities also included ordering, coordinating mail/packages, security, managing contracts and invoices with vendors and suppliers and ensuring the office was clean and organized.

Assisting with a trip from San Diego to Cabo Mexico on a 50m Delta private vessel. All interior duties including a high level of service, party planning, assisting with provisions, laundry, housekeeping, relief for the chief stewardess, helping with lines, fenders and wash downs.

Chief Stewardess on an 88ft Pershing with 5 crew. Responsible for all interior operations, management of contractors, provisioning, flower arranging, laundry, inventories, ordering uniforms, training other stewardess, assisting at the owners house.

Solo stewardess on a 110ft Cheoy-Lee private vessel. All duties including service, housekeeping, laundry and all maintenance and care for the owners house, as well as all deck duties, wash downs, lines and fender handling, crane operation, engine room checks, calling distances, watches, docking procedures.

Plymouth, Uk

I began working with this company as a part-time waitress, and worked my way up to Manager & Regional Manager for this restaurant along with other locations and sister restaurants. Previously working as assistant manager at one of the company’s other local restaurants, I was asked to take control of the setup operations of the new restaurant, which is a collaboration project with a British celebrity chef, and subsequently became promoted to manager. Many of my duties included daily opening/closing, cashing up at the end of the day and regular cash handling, banking, weekly meetings with owners and chefs/kitchen team, setting up and executing weekly training sessions for the front of house and service team, ordering of bar stock/menus/linens/staff uniforms etc, recruitment, staffing and rotas, as well as marketing and promotion. This position required me to be well versed with Microsoft Office and Outlook, working with custom spreadsheets and in constant email contact with vendors, associates, and management.
