Working in a niche market with various types of consumers and personalities, I’ve become incredibly diverse in my work ethic, aswell as creating a professional reputation within the company. I was responsible for cash management, visual merchandising, customer service, bra measuring, andbodyshaping all key skills I can utilise in future work environments. I was asked to work in the Marble Arch store for a period of time. This was a much faster paced environment, working with a different consumer typology, where I was trained in visual merchandising to a higher standard. I also have basic management training which included running a team, hitting a profit based target, and opening credit accounts.

I worked on a powerpoint presentation to a brief, that wanted me to look at certain ideas within the British Red Cross and a market of new consumers. Putting all the information I found, I helped the British Red Cross look at how the company can look towards students as customers and potential volunteers, my research looked into mostly Art Universities, and how the company can take advantage of this, and open stores with materials and clothes that appeal to the 'funky' student market.
