He enjoys using his expertise to help clients navigate an increasingly complex lending environment. That includes sourcing capital and structuring financing arrangements to support new acquisitions, restructuring and refinancing of existing arrangements, and property development.Danny’s tertiary and professional qualifications in finance and law are supported by extensive transactional experience, having delivered transactions for mid-market and institutional clients across all major classes of real estate – including residential, commercial, hotels, health care and services. He’s keenly interested in the economics of the property market, its cycles, and its interplay with the broader economy. A self-confessed ‘construction tragic’, Danny also enjoys learning about innovative construction methods.When he’s not arranging property finance deals, Danny loves surfing, golfing and spending time at home with his wife and family. He believes negotiating with investors and lenders is nothing compared to negotiating with his three kids.
