I was responsible for our delivery organisation, managing software deliveries to our partners and customers, as well as our offerings of professional services.Achievements:• Build a customer delivery department from the ground up, including project management, product ownership, and an implementation development team.• Established a professional services track, moving the company from a pure recurring-based revenue stream to a mixed revenue stream.

Valitor supplies a payment gateway for merchants to accept payments online and in-store.At Valitor, I was responsible for customer onboarding, project management, and customer service departments. I was also part of the management for Valitor’s Omni-Channel division.Achievements:• Repeated high employee satisfaction ratings - with the highest scores on trust and support.• Build a department from the ground up of over 25 employees within 4 teams across 2 countries.• Worked closely with vendors optimising workflows and conditions for clients and internal needs. • Successfully implemented the OKR framework, significantly increasing delivery and alignment.• Was a key contributor to the implementation of Lean for the end-to-end customer experience.• When the EU implemented industry-changing regulations (PSD2), I ensured the changes were well understood internally in the business and by our customers. I also played a key role in ensuring the changes had minimal impact on our customers and were technically solid.

Assisting merchants on the technical on-boarding and on-going support. The role involved very technical aspects, interacting with the merchant’s developers, but also involved supporting and advising the merchant’s customer service, and financial teams.Achievements:• Despite no prior industry insight, I got a thorough understanding of the technical complex product and industry behind, within a very short time frame.• Successfully arranged the implementation of industry leading merchants.• After taking over the responsibility of the application on-boarding of merchants, I got the process optimised, ensuring a record high throughput of new applications for the company.

Lead sound engineer, being responsible for recording, mixing and mastering albums. Achievements:• Build a new studio from the ground up, to be working on several major Danish and International artists and projects.• Ensured successful delivery of productions on time and within budget.• Created and maintained the company website.
