I worked with the B.I.E. Team on many Customer Engagement Strategies my duties included the following: Social Media Marketing for New Customer Acquisition Graphic Arts, Teaching the Venu teams as a Social Media Marketing Speaker, Print flyers/posters, eMarketing, eDocument .pdf creation, Social Networking Speaker, Website Support Services/Design/Updates.One of the actions I am particularly proud of is the creation of the B.I.E. Social Networking (S/N). My team members were Cathie Marino, Kathleen Lena and Tiffany Fannella. Based on Ken's requests we worked all worked very hard to "Start the conversation and keep talking". Cathie Marino work was exemplary, we titled her our Goddess of Social Networking. At this time B.I.E. has over 60 Social Networking accounts. I separated the process into three categories.Goals, Strategy and Tactics • Our Goal was to use S/N eMarketing to engage new event customers and increase company exposure. • The Strategy was to start talking to as many people as possible about B.I.E. and the scheduled concerts. • The Tactics we were clearly focused. Define the "value" of each S/N > Setup the account > Post > Reply to new members > Post again. My work included adding website pages announcing the new Social Network. Doing email blasts to inform the B.I.E. customers that their event was being Social Networked and then to engage new customers with the value added services that of Social Networking. Cathie M's duties were to do all of our setup and initial posts on the accounts. Then she would start working her magic of daily posts including text, images, audio and video files. The other B.I.E. team members would randomly add content to support Cathie M's efforts. -

Our line of 14 new products went to market and then we sold them into 58 stores across the Midwest. Papa Lena’s SKU’s were in all Whole Foods Market Stores, Treasure Island stores and the Sunset Foods stores and many others.
