Voted into the officer position of treasurer, I held many duties. These duties were tracking the in-flow and out-flow of cash, selling merchandise, and collecting dues from members. Large amounts of cash were handled, and accuracy was critical to being effective as treasurer. Hailed as the most rigorous position, treasurers were required to attend every meeting without fail, be organized, and maintain all technology required to track monetary flow.

My tenure at Birds was an exciting period of production, sales and learning. High volumes of clientel required logistical, organizational, and communication skills to be maximized for effectiveness and efficiency. The location in an eclectic part of the city required cultural competency, diversity, and communication solutions to interact with a plethora of culture's and requirements that meld into a historic, artsy side of town. Clientele was demanding, being stringent in in-vogue styles requiring full use of technical and artistic skills.
