- Lead the product architect team with 21-26 members (HK and GZ)- Manage several frontend and backend projects and operations- Design systems architecture and frameworks for improving system structure and security using micro-services architecture, service operations and processes, and optimize performance- Manage tasks schedule of the team to meet tight deadlines- Manage the projects using Scrum and Agile methodology- Maintain good communications with different teams in multi-locations (Hong Kong, Beijing, GuangZhou and India) - Design systems and database structure and system flow to support multi-region services- Set up and administer Amazon Web Services (Web/API/Database), Network and Security- Review code and deploy to QA and Production environments on AWS K8S- Maintain good communications between team members to ensure quality of work, performance, consistency and scalability- Hands on coding of all online platforms, API and integration of third party APIs (e.g. Facebook/Twitter/Youtube)
