Taddy is a webtoons platform with a creator-friendly business model. We help webtoon creators grow their audience and built their business, while keeping all their creative rights.We use a similar distribution model to podcasts (RSS) so that creators:1) Are not locked into a tech platform. They can leave at any time and keep the audience they have built up.2) Retain full ownership of their IP.3) Get full creative control of their work

A community for anyone that loves manga & webtoons

- Built the iOS App. Used Swift, Apollo's GraphQL SDK, Facebook / Twitter login, implemented Firebase Push Notifications, & communicated with a custom built Node.js backend.- Built the Android App. Used Kotlin and re-implemented the iOS app for Android users.- Wrote an GraphQL API in Node.js that uses Postgres, Elastic Search and Passport for Authorization.- Wrote the the React Web App with the help of 4 of my friends in a weekend hackathon!- Rewrote the iOS and Android apps to be React Native apps so that we could share code between all apps.- As the founder, I also worked on the business side of the app, e.g. came up with the marketing and product strategy for the app.

- Teach students how to code in an Intensive 8-week bootcamp.- Became the Head instructor, in charge of other iOS mentors and student progress.- Add and modify the course curriculum - Wrote a whole new course (iOS Part time - for people interested in building an iOS app but not ready to commit to a full-time bootcamp)- Mentor students after graduation.**Helped teach 100+ students how to code iOS apps!**

- Worked directly with the CEO and other executives to determine pricing plans that transitioned HootSuite from a free to a freemium business by analyzing customer usage trends and performing market analysis. In March 2012, one and a half years after paid plans were introduced, HootSuite publically reported an annual run-rate of $12 million.- Instrumental in building the financial model that modelled growth levers for HootSuite's March 2012 funding round that valued the company at $200 million.- Implemented SaaS KPIs with the guidance of our Chief Revenue Officer that measured performance across the different phases in a customer’s lifecycle. - Built static model to track KPIs changes on Excel and eventually transitioned to using leading BI software (i.e., Pentaho, RJ Metrics, Gooddata) to dynamically pull in data from multiple data sources so the company could be agile and make data-driven decisions based on changes that were implemented on a daily basis.- Lead data analyst for 5 business units. Data was provided to drive and support decisions that impacted over 150 employees at HootSuite.- Ad-hoc deep dives into KPIs to obtain insights on our customers and their usage patterns.- Performed A/B and multivariate tests using third party landing page tools. Biggest accomplishment was testing new homepage variations with the goal of increasing signups. Results were a sustained >15% increase in signups.

Worked with a select group of undergraduate and MBA students, faculty members, the treasurer of SFU, and industry professionals to assist in decision-making on the investments made with an $8 million student managed fund.
