Display Advertising Manager with full responsibility of all aspects of Display Advertising. A contributing member of the Senior Management team charged with implementing a structured and effective Display Team across all titles. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director with the task of developing new and existing revenue streams from all of the teams. Developing 3 Category Managers who have the responsibility of the day to day running of teams which include Agency, Direct, Features & Supplements, Campaign Development, Inserts, Retail and Regional. Full responsibility for Business Plans, Budgets and ensuring close working relationships with all Editors

Responsible for all areas of The Glaswegian including distribution, editorial, flat plans and Production. Organised and restructured the areas that The Glaswegian is delivered to. Development of team members, telesales and field sales with training and coaching in all areas. Took The Glaswegian through a very successful re-launch where I re-structured the lay-out of the title and displayed excellent development of new business.

Responsible for all Magazines within own titles ensuring development of new and existing business.Liaison with London Office and co-ordinating availability and business sold within the magazines.Instrumental in the successful launch of Scotland Means Business and the development of new business within this product. Directed, trained and developed team members who worked on Magazine business.Very much involved in all areas of the launch of The Glaswegian Directory, co-ordinating all aspects of putting The Directory together.
