Daniel (Danny)Mckinney is Founder and Fund Manager of DMAC Capital Funding, LLC. Also currently Founder of Mckinney Real Estate & Investment Co and Owner of Diversified Home Mortgage, Inc. Ever since graduating from law school in 1996 he has been lending, investing and developing residential and multifamily real estate. Daniel McKinney, J.D., has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years in the area of commercial and residential real estate sales, finance, investing, and development. Mckinney is currently the Fund Manager of DMAC Capital Funding, LLC, where he currently manages three funds. Mckinney currently lends, acquires and develops income producing real estate properties while our investors benefit from monthly and yearly passive income with higher returns. He also sources and provide capital placement for residential and commercial real estate. Mckinney is also Broker/Owner of McKinney Real Estate & Investment Co, where he and his sales team marketed, acquired, and sold over 360 million in residential and commercial real estate transactions combined. Also, since 1996 to present, Mckinney founded and is President and CEO of Diversified Home Mortgage, Inc. Daniel and his lending team managed, originated, and closed well over 370 million dollars in residential, commercial, and construction mortgage loans. From 2003 to 2007, Mckinney formed Momentum Home Builders LLC, where he managed and supervised residential and commercial construction and sales. Daniel designed, constructed, and sold residential homes, as well as custom homes in Houston and surrounding areas. Mckinney has bought and Managed over 304 apartment units and is currently managing residential and multifamily multimillion dollar ground up developments in Houston Texas.McKinney holds a Juris Doctorate, Law degree from Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and BS in Business Finance from Huston-Tillotson University. Former Executive board member of Houston Black Real Estate Association. A member of NAR, TAR, and Houston Associaton of Realtors.
