Responsible for the performance and reliability of complex automated industrial systems for the development, manufacturing and quality of rotary wing aircraft. I developed solutions for repairs, modifications, upgrades, calibration and complete equipment restoration. To include Generator Test Stands,metal spray robotic units, Electron beam welders, CNC machining equipment, Hydraulic test stands and PMB booths.

As a Journeyman Electrician. I Installed, maintained and repaired electric wiring systems, related switches, distribution panels and outlet boxes, including a wide variety of electrical fixtures, tools and appliances.

Performed analytical tear down investigation of avionics electronic systems to determine the most effective methods of troubleshooting and repair. Performed soldering inspections for board repair and interconnect PCB assemblies. Certified in IPC-610 and IPC-620.

Superbly managed and motivated as many as 17 Soldiers including subordinate supervisors; oversaw the operation of a M109A6 Paladin and a M992 Field Artillery Ammunition Support Vehicle. Served in many tours over seas to include Operation Iraq Freedom in 2003 with 4th Infantry Division. Served as the NCOIC for Taji’s Quick Reactionary force under the direct command of LTC Allen West.

Primary responsibility was to determine equipment and best methods to Rig up taking into consideration; the projected pressure, flow and production. While maintaining safe operation, various measurements was accounted for to provide feedback to customer on production of condensate, and natural gas (ppm) productions flow back. Responsible for monitoring and maintenance for: manifolds, Sand traps, Gas busters, Separator units, high-pressure piping, high-pressure valves. Maintenance consisted of rebuilding valves, pressure testing, painting, sand blasting, grinding, threading, calibrating and verifying serviceability. We would gauge tanks within time intervals and calculate volume in reference to time. We would provide oil, gas and water sampling. Provide all necessary customers reports prior to job completion.
