As software development leader of the TurboTax Self Help Care Engineering team, I was responsible for managing engineering backlogs, employee performance, CARE systems and integrations, unit testing, forecasting, scoping, business leadership communications and presentations, and professional growth to CARE web teams.• Solve complex business problems and coordinate multiple technologies across all business groups, including Product Development, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Small Business and Customer Care.• Work with cross-functional managers to scope, schedule, and track projects each quarter, collaborating with peers while negotiating cost-effective solutions with key stakeholders. • Oversee application development, provide technical expertise, and mentor developers.• Routinely present project status and data-driven results to senior management to ensure alignment on business goals.
