-Assist government staff in processing orders in DMLSS for Class VIII supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment, supporting WRNMMC departments, satellite clinics, and tenant units in the tristate area-Maintain all required forms (DA Form 1687, Property Book Orders, Financial Targets) and verify customer signature cards for controlled items.-Receive and research customer orders, submit for approval, and follow up on the delivery of medical and non-medical supplies. Ensure that orders meet DHA, NCR, and WRNMMC policies, confirming receipt by an authorized government representative.-Perform technical support duties, including requesting supplies and equipment, preparing necessary documents, providing customer assistance, and conducting data searches.-Submit DA Form 3953 for high-value items exceeding the micro-purchase threshold and coordinate with the US Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA) for military requisitions.-Conduct daily surveys of assigned areas to document deficiencies related to HAZCOM/HAZMAT programs and take corrective actions.
