Responsible for the strategic growth, development and management of our domestic football programmes for the Club’s Global Football Development (GFD) department. This includes:- Management of all domestic based programmes (Player Development Programmes & GFD partners)- Develop our player development pathways from GFD programmes into our elite environments (Academy/Women & Girls)- Oversee the development and progression of all staff working across domestic programmes. - Lead and drive the development of content for all domestic GFD programmes and supporting international programmes as and where required. - Develop a robust and detailed reporting mechanism for both internal/external purposes.

Worked within the Foundation phase (U9-U12) and Pre-Academy age-groups (U7-U8).Lead age-group coach for U10’s age group and supported all Foundation phase age-groups when required.

Oversee the operational delivery of all domestic programmes for Global Football Development. Deliver sessions at regional and elite development centres for our Pre-Academy age-groups (U7-U12).Provide support with Foundation Phase age-groups when required.

Led the coordination of the Foundation's Primary Stars project across North London, Hertfordshire and West Essex schools. In 18 months we were able to successfully engage with:- Over 4000 pupils aged 5-11 years old across more than 75 local schools. - Deliver over 1200 hours of enrichment in English, Maths, PSHE and PE.- Engage over 200 young girls in Football.- Support over 120 teachers with CPD and mentoring of delivering Primary School PE.

Working with the club's main sponsor AIA to deliver various football projects across 7 different markets in South-East Asia engaging over 10,000 individuals during 12 months. Activities included:- Identifying talented players (aged 8-14 years old) for elite training camps.- Planning and leading coach education workshops for grassroots and elite coaches.- Delivering workshops on healthy lifestyle and nutrition for AIA staff, partners and customers.- Representing the Club and AIA to promote the key outcomes of the programme via various news and media channels.

Oversee the delivery of the Premier League 4 Sport project across the 4 main North London boroughs that THF work in (Haringey, Enfield, Barnet, Waltham Forest).Liaise with various NGB's, local schools and partners to coordinate the delivery of 20+ satellite clubs across 6 different sports (Badminton, Basketball, Boxing, Judo, Table-tennis and Tennis).

Responsible for the delivery of the 'Fundamentals of Coaching' module on THF's Foundation degree in partnership with Middlesex University.Plan and deliver relevant practical and theory based sessions based around core psychological theories relevant to coaching practices. Utilise personal coaching experiences to educate aspiring coaches on key aspects of coaching delivery in elite or grassroots environments.Keep up-to-date on academic literature and practices to ensure information delivered is as relevant and cutting-edge.

Working in Primary and Secondary Schools in North London, the Premier League for Schools and Girls projects aims to increase participation in Football among children in Primary schools and Girls aged 13+ respectively.Duties include:Planning and delivering sessions around fundamental movement skills and the development of football specific skills. Plan short term and long term football curriculums around the THFC philosophy and ensure sessions include differentiation to meet individual needs.Use the FA 4 Corner Model in order to develop an all rounded player and individual. Act as a positive role model and mentor young people and create a positive learning experience for all.

Provide analytical reports on a variety of professional games across the major leagues in Europe and South America on a weekly basis.Reports include individual player statistics, analysis of team strengths and weaknesses and analysis of key moments during matches using my wide range of coaching and football knowledge and experience.Use the Wyscout platform as part of the data collection process.Collect individual and team statistics including pass percentage completion, shots on target, successful/unsuccessful tackles etc.Report to Director of Onside Analysis with all analytical reports.

Lead the delivery of Level 1 and Level 2 BTEC NVQ courses to NEETS aged 16-21 years old. Plan and prepare both classroom lessons and relevant sports practicals in line with the programme content.Differentiate lessons to suit pupils learning styles and provide extra support where needed.Attend weekly and monthly staff meetings to provide progress reports and discuss potential improvements of the delivery of the programmes. Hold individual tutorials with all pupils to monitor progress both on the course and with personal life.Act as a positive role model at all times while providing support to individuals when needed.

Film and live code all home games for various academy sides including under 8 under 12, under 13, under 18 and under 21 using SportsCode video Software.Completed both end-on filming and individual coding for all under 18 home games for 2013/14 season. Assisted with matchday support for under 21 home games by conducting side-on filming during 2012/13 season. Liase with team coaches to identify specific areas for workshops.Edit footage and compose clips that were used for workshops to aid with player development and assist in their delivery.Gained experience of using sports code as part of the performance analysis programme.Support the head of performance analysis throughout the programme.

Plan and Prepare training and coaching sessions on behalf of Fulham FC Foundation.Follow the Foundations coach guidelines that include the risk assessment of a venue, ensuringchild welfare is a number one priority and that feedback is obtained.Link sessions closely so that player progression can be analysed easily.Deliver sessions to children from the ages of 3 to 15 years old.Act as a positive role model to all.
