Handled stakeholder engagement for the Alberta Climate Change office, responding to questions and concerns on behalf of the Government of Alberta. Also worked in Energy Efficiency Alberta helping stakeholders and Alberta residents take advantage of energy rebate programs. Worked on the front lines for Energy Efficiency Alberta, MyAlberta eServices, MyAlberta Digital ID, Carbon Leadership Plan and Parks Alberta.

Designed, cut, beveled and edged large plates of glass for custom glass doors, walls, railings, showers, wine rooms etc. Attention to detail, making sure the custom ordered pieces were nothing short of perfect was expected from our customers.

Helped draft up base maps for the design of laying fibre optic cables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D computer programs. Translated information from surveyors into CAD drawings. Decided to move back home to Alberta in March 2016.

Responsible for providing inbound telephone support to customers from across North America who had technical issues with HP printers. Attention to detail, computer and technical knowledge, and ability to learn and retain new information were essential to success in this position. This position required strong communication skills, especially listening and questioning skills, in order to assist a diverse group of customers of all ages and backgrounds as quickly as possible while ensuring that HP was being professionally represented.
