As the Head of Learning and Development at TrailRunner International, I led the creation and implementation of a comprehensive L&D strategy from the ground up. I designed innovative programs that empowered the team to grow, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced environment. In addition to aligning training initiatives with business goals, I built leadership development programs for emerging leaders, ensuring they had the skills and knowledge to drive the company’s success. I also spearheaded the development of an online university, creating a central hub for courses that supported continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Established an instructional design team within Global Sales Enablement, fostering collaboration between instructional designers and enablement specialists to enhance global sales and customer success onboarding programs.
