Business communication leader focused on helping TCF reach business goals, achieve operational excellence, deliver an exceptional customer experience and increase team member engagement. • Communications strategy and channel management — lead the development and execution of multi-channel, integrated communication strategies that support nearly 8,000 team members, customers and communities across business lines in our regional and national footprints.• Executive communications — provide strategic communication support to the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams for presentations, speeches, emails, videos, team member meetings and media interviews.• Presentation development — develop visually-compelling presentations for the Executive Leadership Team for board meetings, officer conferences, town halls, investor calls and community boards. • Organizational change — lead the communication activities supporting annual branch closures and hours changes. Partner with Human Resources and Legal teams to develop key messages, talking points and scripts for leaders to communicate to impacted team members.• Team member engagement — partner with Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness teams to develop integrated communication plans that support our Purpose and Beliefs, Leadership Behaviors, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and company culture.• Crisis communications — lead the crisis communication efforts in support of our branch network, including robberies, fraud alerts, civil unrest, COVID-19 and other natural disasters.• Visual storytelling — developed, launched and oversee a monthly news show, TCF Live. Segments include key business, operations, team & culture updates presented in a fun, engaging format.• Merger communications — created and led the TCF and Chemical Bank merger internal communication strategy for our business units, ensuring leaders and teams felt informed and knowledgeable as changes were introduced and implemented.
