Led the prototyping team, where we directly partnered with executives on prototyping strategic new ventures. In the brief 6 month period, we spun up new products for Owners, Sub Contractors, and 3rd-party developers. We demonstrated fidelity in days and weeks that took most product team months and quarters. This served as a key mechanism to determine feasibility and product market fit before committing major investment in these new areas. I spent 60% of my time coding and the other 40% coordinating with stakeholders and making strategic trade-off decisions to ensure continual forward progress and maximize fast learnings.
