About Danny Phillips
I'm Danny and I own FAB Training, a First Aid Training company with over 20 trainers that deliver training across the UK. We provide Basic Life Support, Emergency First Aid courses, Paediatric First Aid in large groups and 1-2-1. We are a mobile company and will come to your premises to deliver the training to suit your needs, in a site specific training for you and your employees, teachers and students. We also offer the opportunity to come to your home and deliver training to your friends and family if you are looking for a non business opportunity. All our courses can be certificated.I was a Police Officer for 32 years in the Metropolitan Police Service and gained a wide knowledge of operations and procedures and have very good diplomacy and communication skills. During my time there I co-founded the Jewish Police Association. I returned back to Hendon as an associate Trainer to teach Policing to the new recruits. I also worked at Manchester Metropolitan Police as a contract trainer for a project for 3 months. My experience from serving in the Police Service helps me to relate to all people from any background, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, race, neurodiversity, disability etc, and I try my best to serve people according to their needs. More recently I have been working for Norwood Charity in Stanmore, where I was the Health and Social Care Trainer for London. I am also a trainer of Fire Warden courses. I also am a trainer for TTC where I deliver virtual speed Awareness Training online.I have over 24 years experience as a Lifeguard Trainer assessor and deliver monthly training sessions to several pools local to Bushey Hertfordshire where I live with my wife Jo. I am also a trained swimming teacher and have many years experience in this.I have just recently completed an Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) assessor course with the Royal Life Saving Society. This enables me to come into your workplace to IQA your first aid training RLSS courses.

While I served in the Met I was a Home Beat Officer in Golders Green, became a Family Liaison Officer, Aid and Public Order, a trainer of the Met Police PNC system, First Aid Trainer, a recruitment officer where I drove the Met Police double decker bus, and for the last 5 years I was a trainer at Hendon to the new student PC's.
