My major strengths are excellent communication skills, building rapport with all level of customer and business partner. I have many years of experience in short and long-term planning for both services to be rendered and training/teaching goals to be accomplished for either the student, trainee or customer entrusted to me. Along with my administrative and managerial/supervisory experience, I have also had a great deal of experience in contract negotiation, procurement, and maintenance. For all work that has required me to deal with the "written word" medium, I am skilled in creating and editing sales materials, teaching/training materials or just writing for expressive purposes. I am a published editorialist. My best work is under pressure with opportunity to research, brainstorm and create viable solutions either from existing sources or creating solutions and adapting processes, programs and forms from scratch as necessary. I have a great desire to see success in the form of reaching my goals and more importantly positively affecting both my company and those with whom my employ leads me into contact. I am also a firm believer in personal education to continually better myself both in my job and personally. To summarize myself, if I see a need, I try to fill it.
