As one of the original founders of KPMG's information security services practice, Danny brings over 25 years of global experience in IT governance and transformation. Previously, Danny spent 10 years in China to build and lead KPMG's Consulting practice in ASPAC. Now back in the U.S., he has applied this experience to help expand KPMG's Cyber service line, focused on information security and privacy. Danny is bringing real life experience in serving global multi-nationals working across different regulatory jurisdiction and business requirements.

I currently serve as the Head of Automotive Sector for KPMG China across Audit, Tax, and Advisory. In this role, I assist our partners to integrate our teams and offer innovative solutions, grow KPMG's share of the automotive sector, and deliver quality and successful results to our valued clients. In addition, I am directly responsible for leading our key global accounts, assisting our clients to successfully navigate the industry innovations, regulatory reforms, and achieve above market results.I also serve our Clients and Innovation function across KPMG Consulting in China. In this role, I assist our team to prioritize sectors and accounts, formulating account plans and go-to-market, as well as monitor and support the teams to achieve their results. I continue to head the Internal Audit, Risk and Controls Services practice of now over 2000 KPMG partners and professionals across ASPAC. Lastly, I continue to serve as the lead partner to key global accounts within the region.

Beijing, China

I served as the Regional Partner-in-Charge for KPMG China's Consulting practice. In this role, I lead our Management Consultants and Risk Consultants practice of over 350 partners and professionals to develop market segments, innovate solutions and deliver value tothe largest Chinese and Multi-national enterprises in the world.I am also the global lead partner to the largest bank in the world. We deliver unparalleled consulting and transformation services to this SOE Chinese Bank. I support and coordinate a global team of banking and regulatory specialists and luminaries to this client worldwide. This client later became our external financial audit client as an endorsement of KPMG’s excellence. I continue to head the Internal Audit, Risk and Controls Services practice of over 1500 KPMG partners and professionals across ASPAC. In this role, I lead our firm's efforts to support and integrate our member firms across the 14 ASPAC countries as well as link our region into global initiatives. I also serve as lead partner to key global accounts within the region.

I moved to Beijing, China in 2005. I am currently the Partner in Charge of the IT Advisory services practice across ASPAC. My time is focused on growing our China practice as well as increasing collaboration and foot print across the 14 member firms in ASPAC. My client base includes leading global financial institutions as well as technology companies. I have been successful in learning creating sustainable relationships with the State Owned Enterprises as well as supporting the Multi-National Corporations across Asia.

During my tenure in the US, I led the IT Security practice, then the IT Internal Audit practice nationally. I also lead the Media and Entertainment industry sector for KPMG in the West Coast. For the full 10 years with KPMG, I was based in the Los Angeles. My role allowed me to travel to most of the 50 states in the US as well as numerous international locals to serve my clients.

Joined Computer Risk Management (CRM) practice within Arthur Andersen and also worked with Business Consulting (BC) practice. Focused on IT audit, information security and system development projects.
