Sowing thousands of annual, perennial, and vegetable seeds each spring. Actively manage 3 greenhouses between the months of March and December. Plant and maintain 60 acres of crops, ranging from squash to hay. Engage in regular customer service through the operation of a nursery and produce shop. Interact with local agriculturalists and business partners.

Served as President of the state association, which has a membership total exceeding 3,000 students from 20 chapters. Voting member of the Connecticut FFA Association's executive committee and Connecticut FFA Foundation, as well as representing the Connecticut FFA Association as a delegate and committee Secretary at the 2014 National FFA Convention and Exposition. During my year of service, I constructed and delivered over a half dozen workshops for groups of students ranging in size from 20-150+. I met with educators and leaders in the education and agriculture industries.
