Flexibility and imagination are two of the character traits that I bring to problem solving and leadership, and I am constantly challenging myself to improve, learn and grow to enhance my ability to become both an exceptional individual contributor and people leader.In my spare time I enjoy, flying, running, family time, solving the mysteries of the universe and hill walking.During the summer of 2020 I passed my FI(R) flight test and now spend some of my weekends teaching people to fly microlight aeroplanes.In what remains of my spare time, I am a keen writer and have had many pieces published in popular aviation periodicals.
