Seconded as the project lead responsible for managing the change associated with the regional deployment of SABMiller’s first global ERP program.Accountable for preparing the Corporate offices across the Group for the upcoming change through effective stakeholder management, development of a suitable training approach and communications strategy.Lead a team of 12 as part of the overall program team that successfully delivered the deployment within minimal business disruption.

Hired to help establish a new direct sourcing methodology in the Corporate HQ and pioneer the approach across the Group.Codified the global selection process and helped establish direct sourcing teams across the group. Established global LinkedIn Recruiter account across the Group. Global design lead for development of the recruitment module of a Group-wide ERP solution.Supported the establishment of SABMiller’s UK operation, Miller Brands.
