Design and roll-out of global functional talent development programs.Leading the design and execution of SABMiller's first global employee engagement survey; from business case development through communications planning and project management, to coordination of the resultant change initiatives across the Group. 60,000 participants world-wide.During a period of significant organisational change, designed and delivered a fit-for-purpose engagement methodology in order to understand and improve employee sentiment in key hotspots across the Group.As active member of global Performance Management governance forum; responsible for the re-design of key elements of the Group-wide PM process and architecture.Led the design of the global employer brand for SABMiller globally; designing the brand architecture and the internal and external communications plan.
