Guiding Projects with a Technical LensWith a career rooted in software and test engineering, I now work at the intersection of technology and business as a Software Engineering Project Manager. At WillowTree, I developed and refined my skills by contributing to project teams that built software and optimized testing processes for Fortune 500 clients. Simply put, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the smartest, kindest, and most experienced engineers and project and program managers in the world.This technical foundation—covering frameworks like Cypress, Espresso, XCTest, and Playwright, along with languages such as TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, and Python—allows me to lead projects with both strategic vision and technical expertise. In other words, I’ve seen and lived how the best implement the SDLC at scale.In my current role, I draw on this experience to guide the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at migrating legacy ERP systems to modern solutions using Next.js, Azure, and Dynamics 365. With a strong focus on risk mitigation, I align engineering efforts with business objectives to ensure smooth delivery, sustainable outcomes, and (hopefully) delighted users!
